It helps if you have a university degree. Look at job sites online. I am an American living and working in Japan. I got my job on the internet.

You can go to the local library and take out a book called 'How to get a job abroad' or go to WH Smiths. The only other way is to apply for a job that you are qualified for that is advertised and states that is it oversea.

many obstacles to overcome to list a few visa most good only for 3 months renewals are hard to get residency permits harder yet unless sponsored by a company, language , housing, schools ,food,different customs and ways of life most countries have a serious employment problems with high education and many skills get paid in local currency personally i have traveled and worked in 3 other countries besides the USA for an international oil comp i am commercial helo pilot the salary is phenomenal average for helicopter pilots 250.000.00 yr for 5 hrs work day and not always flying nothing beats home and family close by good luck
