Lime wire is safe......But you are probably best uninstaling after each use. And keep a good virus software running as some programs are Trojans

Usually I would agree with everyone on this question but I have a father that works in the IT industry for a living and he knows the ins and outs of what product is faulty and which one isn't I asked a while ago whether it would be okay if I could download Limewire because I had heard about it from my friends. I got the NO, but apparently limewire has a lot of holes that a lot of undetected viruses could come though...I know of one web site this is slightly annoying to use but it is 100% secure. its... www.alltheweb.com that's a good one...Hope I have helped

Limewire is safe, you may need to alter your anti-virus settings to let it work properly, but it's all good.

My partner has just downloaded loads of songs for my 12 year olds mp3 player.He always uninstalls it after he has used it.Apparently viruses and rubbish can filter through with limewire.It doesn't take long to do that each time.We would rather be safe than sorry.

i have limewire, and i have downloaded over 300 songs, and i still have no problem with my pc. but it does take alot of room on the drive if you keep them on there. so i burn them to disc and then erase from pc

limewire is extremely safe i have it and i use it practically every day.so yes its safe to download.

i have limewire and it works fine.... i luv limewire its so quick and easy to use....
