They are called keyloggers. You prevent it just like you prevent other viruses - bu runing antivirus software, doing regular scans and being careful about what you install on your computer.

Download and run AVG virus scanner from http://free.grisoft.com/softw/70free/setup/avg71free_405a782.exe for free
It will clean any viruses currently on your PC and protect it from future attacks.

Also, check for spyware. Run both Ad-aware Peronal Edition ( http://www.lavasoftusa.com ) and Skybot (http://www.safer-networking.org/) to remove any spyware. Run both as one may caught something the other missing. Rerun them about once a week.

It is usually the spyware rather than the viruses that "spys" on what your computer is doing. So you need to be protected from both.

hi, perhaps you can try Norton to remove the virus and protect your PC. but you need to pay for the software

i recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. firefox can disable all virus to run, because the virus can only run on IE.

besides, firefox can block any any poppus and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE. as you know, most of the virus is spread throught internet and webpage.

firefox is much smaller than IE, so i run faster than IE.

download firefox for free:
