Does anyone know where I can find out the next 4 weeks tv programmes (the 5 UK terrestrial channels only) ?

You can't. Whilst major premieres are planned sometime in advance, the schedules are not finalised until 10 - 14 days before broadcast.

Try Yahoo tv listings, i use it ,but dont think it go's that far in front

im not sure they plan that far ahead you know, , well not set in stone anyway.
