if you have a concern, ask the dermatologist.
not sure how much difference there is between the 3 though. I started with tetracycline and moved on to the hard stuff....

No don't take that medicine for that it is used for treatment of otitis media, sinusitis, and infections involving the respiratory tract, skin, and urinary tract due to susceptible H. influenzae, N. gonorrhoeae, E. coli, P. mirabilis, E. faecalis, streptococci, and nonpenicillinase-producing staphylococci; prophylaxis of bacterial endocarditis
Unlabeled use: Postexposure prophylaxis for anthrax exposure with documented susceptible organisms. If you have acne you can use Accutane, Acetoxyl, Adapalene, Akne-Mycin, Alti-Clindamycin, Alti-Monocycline etc...

These are all antibiotics. If you have accute acne problem with infection then only use anti bio.

There's better antibiotics than the one's you mentioned even. Amoxicillian????? You need a new doc.......he/she needs to update a bit

THIS is what WebMD says Amoxicillian cures or covers...I don't see Acne...you may want to call your Pharmacy...the pharmacist is usally the most informed in this area, and would likely give you the answers you need. Most are very happy to accomodate you. Hope this helped. Was it a dermatologist that percribed amoxicillian???
You may need a different doctor if you find in your search that your daughter was perscribed the wrong medicine.

Please get a second opinion from a different doctor. Amoxycillin is a broad-band antibiotic. Even the other two antibiotics, that you have mentioned, require a second opinion.
