Well iron them on the reverse side ..then turn them right way round and using a damp tea cloth place where the crease is supposed to go and iron them pressing on the damp tea towel. You will have to keep damping the towel down as it will dry up from time to time. Hang your newly pressed trousers up to dry on a trouser hanger, and viola you will soon be ready for that date.

Iron on reverse and then turn them back the normal way. get a damp tea towel and iron over that to get the line down the front.

use a damp cloth to press in the crease, this is how you press in the crease, iron over the material on the reverse first then lay a clean lint free cloth over the crease press flat with a hot iron you will not damage the material. regards LF

Its best to iron them the right way round, but with a tea towel over to avoid them getting shiny.

agree with damp thin towel on top of the riight side to iron the crease-do not agree with "hot iron" ue the heat setting called for on the label hot might be too hot depending on the fabric

Good question.
I would iron them as normal on a lower setting and cover them with a towel as you iron.
