As long as a person gets 6-8 hours of sleep its good, and if you have to be up early for work in the AM its best to keep on a schedual. Even if you dont work the next day sleeping in an hour or two wont matter to much as long as your not sleeping your day away. But try to keep it around the same time every day so your body adjusts to that time you will then avoid those "wakeing up late for work" days.

No I say if you et up early the best thing to do is go back to bed a few hours later. I don't think that is healthy but it sure does feel good. IF you work 2nd or 3rd you should be sleeping until 2 or 4 pm in the afternoon if not longer working the 3rd

Why not, gives you a chance to chill and hang around the house before work again! You know hit Answers and askk and answer questions, play on the computer and relax before you go back to earn your money!
