hello,
i love all harry potter movies,
even if it's a fantastic movie, the story is upright (i don't know if it's the right expression)
kids can imagine themselves at harry potter place
and it show them the difference between good and evil
thanks to kid's imagination is without end
it's about family, friendship, love, trust and betrayal
and there is a continuation of kids ages

The first one was good. The kids were young, the idea was fresh, and the special effects seemed believable. But in the second, third and the fourth movies, a lot had to be edited from the books. So I guess a little of the novelty wore off. The kids got older and the spontaniety seemed missing. Even the spells seemed blah. And now they are looking for other roles than Harry Potter, so some of the interest is waning. There will be a lot of success in the franchise though and the DVD and merchandise sales.

I don't think the movies are all that great, compared to the books. Chamber of Secrets was o.k., but again, the book was way way better. So much of the good stuff was cut out of the books for the movies, it was disappointing.
When it comes to the books, I think I like the Half-Blood Prince the best, as it answers a lot of the mysteries that surfaced in the first few books, and it opened up a lot of new mysteries to be answered in the last book. I suspect that the last book will end up being my very favorite, as the whole series will be resolved in it!

I liked the 1st movie. They were mean to Harry and made him sleep under the stairs. Bless his little heart. Plus he was little and cuter.
He was just learning he had powers. Overall I liked the 1st one the best.

Well... would have to say.. at the time.. the 1st movie ... coz noone was dead yet, and there weer alot of expectations... Now the movies that are made are just 'ok whatevers' coz everyone knows about them, the characters, etc.... not to mention that our dear MrsJK keeps killing off the characters!!
Ok... book-wise I would say I liked the 3rd, coz Sirius enters the picture, and he's terribly sweet. CANT BELIEVE THEY KILLED DUMBY!!! OMG--- that was just sooooooo hardhearted of JK!!!

I liked all of the movies, but I liked the last one (The Goblet of Fire) the best. It shows alot of character growth as the storyline becomes darker. It shows them dealing with more mature problems as they mature.
