NO,
crying ,over a problem does not solve it .

However, crying relieves, a great deal of tension
So after a good old cry,
you may then face the problem, rationally,
and find a way to solve it!!

Have a good cry , or throw a few things around !!!!
then get cracking, on thinking the problem through .

chances are you will win through, 99% of the time .
Now where did i put that hatchet???

no, it does not. because if something happens, you would rather use the time in finding a way out than crying over it. but yes, i do agree with you that it is a great outlet. the best thing is to cry with a friend. it helps because a friend tries to console you and in the meantime thinks of a way out. that way both can be doen. but simply crying over something cannot achieve anything.

It doesn't solve the problem, but it does help relieve the stress. At some point in time we neeed to forget about the problem (if it is a break up.) If it's a problem to be solved, at some point in time we need to put emotions into check so we can think clearly and come with some solutions and then pick the best one.

The crying is the emotional effect caused by the problem. Once you are through crying, if you think about the situation carefully and calmly, you may see a way to solve the problem.

No it won't solve any problem but a good cry will make you feel better and help in letting the problem go. There is healing in tears. Cry but then move on.

It doesn't solve anything, but it may make one feel better emotionally. Sometimes it can feel as if it has "lifted" the burden temporarily, and can clear thinking in order to be able to get a fresh look at a problem.

I think sometimes you need to cry to relieve stress then you seem to be able to solve the problem easier.
