A yes!!!!! Eyeliner will always be in style. Even if you don't wear a lot of makeup, at least put on some black eyeliner. To have an intensed look, also apply some mascara.

Yes! and No!
All depends on what look you're going for really. I used to never go anywhere without black eyeliner, then I discovered how browns made my eyes really "open" up! Now I just experiment with different colors to see which ones look good on me. Practice makes perfect, seriously. It took awhile before I could properly put on liquid eyeliner, I used a lot of tissues to wipe off the wiggly lines! I find now that I love pencils, they are easy to "smudge" with a q-tip and look great.
If you mess up, put a tiny dab of lotion on a q-tip and it works like a magical eraser!

Yes. Start with the outer eye and go in, but do not go all the way to the inner eye, or your eyes will look smaller. Gradually ease up as you get to the inner corner.
Then smudge it a bit and go over the line with some smoky gray or black shadow for a sultry look. Then put on neutral/nude eyeshadow on the rest of the eye, lots of mascara and you have awesome popping eyes for day or night.
Oh yeah, and never put it on that inner membrane on the lower lid. That is such a pet peeve of mine. The liner goes underneath the lashes, not on the membrane. That's so dangerous.

Yes, especially if you have dark eyes and light skin. You tend to look washed out if you don't have at least eyeliner.

Yes! Eyeliner makes your eyes really stand out and it's flattering on just about everyone if they put it on correctly.

Yes, It will draw attention and emphasis to you eyes, and give them illusion of appearing bigger. This includes rimming the outside V in the corner of your eye. When you don't use eyeliner or not correctly, in photos your eyes become lost and you appear drab. I would suggest a brown just to keep the dark color and create a soft look.Even using a white liner on the inside "rim" will give the illusion of them seeming wider/elongated.

eyeliner is def a yes........ it brings out your eyes so much regardless of where you are going there is always a need for eyeliner..
