With the top 5% of the people paying 90% of the taxes, I's say the rich are helping by funding programs that help the poor.

Look your question is not proper.O.K. I think rich people must give some amount of money in charity and they must give employment opportunities to poor people and make them economically sound.

greed! this world is greedy...and not just when it comes to money...but posessions..material things...heaven forbid they go without their trip to paris so someone can have a meal today....im not saying they need to give all their money away...all im saying is one thing this world needs is a lil more compassion for our fellow human beings!
