How about increasing your self esteem so that you don't need more height to feel better about yourself. Increase your stature, your personality so that people may look up to up to you.
Ultimately your height never really matters when it comes to how successful you are as an individual or in relationships.
So just stand tall to begin with and you will see soon you will grow into who you are as individual and as a spirit born for a special purpose.
Your height is what you have chosen as a soul to be born with, so understand the lesson underneath and learn to respect your body and the wisdom of your soul.

It depends on your age. Beyond 18 I think, the growth in height terminates.
However, one of the exercises to increase your height is to stretch your body. Use a horizontal bar and hang from it. While holding tight to the bar, try to reach your feet to the ground. This stretches your laterals and is likely to give you some extension.
Aso there are some yoga asanas which help in height increase. Take the advice of a good yoga guru.

The first question to ask is have you reached the age of 18?becos if you have then there is no chance of you growing any physically taller.
But if you have not,then there is still hope for you.
In the alternative if you are female learn how to walk comfortably in high or stacked heels or the new fashion now which is wedges.it would add to your height quite a bit.also wear a lot of black pants and dont wear clothes that divide you in too.you can also wear pinstripe trousers in dark clors as it makes your legs look longer.

U have to take a balanced diet and do quite a lot of exercises regularly such as jumping , skipping and jogging. Try to wear high heels shoes or cha ppals so that u don't look short. or consult some physician for ur problem.

let that not be a problem to you.if you keep on thinking that you are short you will be depressed.allways think that anyway ''you are not a dwarf'', are you? they are also other people compared to you.ok.Dont feel inferior, and if you are not upto 23,24, you have a chance of adding height.Note;don't take growth stimulant but take foods that encourage growths(like protain)also ask you'r doctor for some advise
