i'd like to think they had an ice rink...not sure why...just the idea of stormtroopers on ice makes me laugh

If you are a true Star Wars fan, you would know that the answer is NO.
Clones were specially designed so that they would follow orders, not have fun. Perhaps they might crave entertainment, but since they are given no choice, they do not. They only need the basic food and water rations.
The clones were genetically altered that way-to be more obedient (we find this out in Star Wars Epsiode II: Attack of the Clones).

Considering the size of the death star, I am sure they could fit in a few entertainments for them.
If you believe in the whole nature over nurture argument, surely being clones they would all have very much the same interests and way of being... it could be interesting to party with several thousand other yous.

There's probably a revolving restaurant on the north pole of the thing. That's why all the glitter when it blew up... the Death Star shaped disco ball in the lounge exploded.
