Depending on what time you leave. There is a train every half hour but if you leave at a quarter past (the hour) you can get there with only one train. If you leave at a quarter before (the hour) you have to take two trains, you'd have to change trains in Utrecht.

The train scedules have very recently been changed, but this is accurate. I'm Dutch and travel by train all the time.
