Cats purr and dogs bark. Dogs come to you when you call them and can generally be told what to do, cats are stroppy moody little things who do want they want, but you appreciate it soooo much more when they give you love!
Other than that they are exactly the same! Honest.

I like also dogs but I prefer cats no matter what sort, they can be very intelligent.

dogs have to go to a groomer , cats groom themselves
dogs have to be walked & cleaned up after ,
cats go in a litter box & you can use a scoop to
clean their mess
dogs can go to just about any outdoor activity, cats can't
