When you go to any interview it is better to go in Formal dress. Irrespective of whether we are fair or not.
Wear a dress which looks Pleasant for the interviewer. Whether you are going for any interview you should maintain the formal dress code.
NO DARK COLOURS PLEASE.
Wear a formal dress which is common in your Country or City.
You can wear light green colour dress or light brown dress so that it looks cool to others eyes.

if it is airlines wear a nice modern dress.if it is bpo then it should be jean with quite long top,salwar or chudi.

You should wear a pair of black or other con-formative color dress not to high nor low with a or a white shirt that is not reviling anything. good luck!

Don be so hi/fi....that will do....But that does not mean you can go in shorts and T-Shirt.
