No, I don't think that Harry Potter will die in Book 7.
The prophesy stated that "And either must die at the hand of the other for neither can live while the other survives " and I've thought about what that means and I've interpreted that as: both Harry and Voldemort survived the Avada Kedavra that night that Voldemort tried to kill Harry as a baby, but neither of them can truly live until one of them kills the other because they will both attempt to kill each other until one of them is killed.
Harry has to beat Voldemort, it is a story of good vs. evil. Good must triumph over evil. Harry has lost so much in the battle against Voldemort: his parents, being raised in the Wizarding world, his godfather Sirius, Dumbledore -- he would be avenging their deaths if he were to kill Voldemort. And he isn't just fighting for his life, he is fighting to free the Wizarding world (and the Muggle world) of Voldmort's second reign of terror. So, I think he will win the duel and finally be able to truly live.

Your guess is as good as mine; really I doubt if the author herself knows the answer to that question, but a lot of factors could decide such as:
1. Public opinion might be that Harry lives and marries Ginny and that could apply a lot of pressure on her (the author) to have a happy ending
2. Furthermore, she has left a mystery hanging as to who the half-blood prince truly is? That odd twist might just be the most important factor in the final series. Is he a friend or a foe?
3. Finally she might go for the drammatic, Harry n Voldermort might engage in mortal combat that'll cost both their lives... A somewhat befitting finish if u ask me...
So truthfully, the story can take any number of twists but I can assure you that it'll be a very jolly ride.

I hope the author doesn't kill him him. I heard it said that she wants to in order to keep anyone from writing any versions after that. That doesn't make sense to me because in a world of magic anything can happen. Even if he were to die, he could be resurrected. The world could have been put under a hypnotic spell and we the readers could be led to believe Harry is dead, when in fact he is not.
And here's a point to ponder, even after the author's passing, the literary rights to her works will pass down to her heirs. And so, if it is her wish that Harry's story must end with her upcoming book, then it will. So--I don't see any need to kill him.

Yeah because:
* J.K.Rowling will certainly kill him of so that no one writes another sequel after the 7th part
* She already hinted that more than one characters will die.
* The prophecy hints Harry's death.
I predict Harry will die, but after finishing off Voldy
