Only if she had a bleeding cut on her hand and you had an open wound on your Penis. Was there a transfer of blood(or other body fluids)? If not, you are probably in the clear. If you are worried, go get tested...ease your mind.

AIDS can infect someone only via Making Love and blood transfer..kissing,hand-job isn't ways for infecting AIDS..except the woman's hand is bleeding and the blood is come in to your hole penis..hahaha..relax man..it's ok
