I have been going to a reflexologist for 1 1/2 months and she believes that she can help my husband and I conceive. My husband and I have been ttc for 12 months as well so I understand where you are coming from, practically willing to try anything. My reflexologist is also an herbalist and has me on a formula called the "Female Reproductive Formula" with a mixture of herbs that helps to get the reproductive organs working the way they are supposed to. I cannot think exactly off the top of my head what is in the formula as I am not a home, but I am hoping that the combination between Reflexology and the herbs will be the trick. If you are interested in the formula, contact me and I can let you know exactly what is in it.
-I wish I could give you the "yes! Reflexolgy works and it helped me conceive!" answer that you are looking for but I have not conceived yet. Hopefully, this month!! I would have to say though that since I started seeing my reflexologist I feel better all over.
Best of luck to you!

Five years ago I suffered a miscarriage and for the whole year afterwards we were trying to conceive again. I started to have the occasional reflexology session with a fantastic lady who said that 'my channels were all blocked'. She said that the power of the mind is amazing and that if you're obsessed about getting pregnant - as I was - you could subconsciously be blocking attempts. I'm not sure how that works because I don't necessarily believe in that kind of thing. She also said to just relax and let it happen. At the time I just thought that would be impossible because every month became governed by the right time to ttc, then waiting to see if we had. As I'm sure you're finding, it takes over your life. I continued having reflexology because it was so relaxing and I'd read that it would help. Then for one reason or another because Christmas was coming up and then it was my 30th birthday, I decided to stop obsessing for a while and perhaps even drink alcohol! which I hadn't done for months. Two months later while on holiday in Australia I discovered I was pregnant (after putting it down to jetlag for a week). We now have a beautiful little girl who's nearly four. I hope this helps. I know the last thing you want to hear when you're ttc is 'try to put it to the back of your mind' because that seems like such a mammoth, if not impossible, task. But I'm certainly less sceptical now about the powers of reflexology and about relaxing to let your body do its thing. Best of luck.

through attending sessions for couples with fertility problems one of the sessions was about the benefits of reflexology when trying to conceive. There is no way of proving that it works but the lady who was talking about it has treated over 78 women with fertility problems and all but 2 got pregnant, some of these lady's had been trying for years. Please remember though if you were taking the pill in any form it can take up 18 months for your body to return to normal. so just try and relax have fun and enjoy your relationship with your partner. Becoming to hung up about getting pregnant can have the reverse effect and completely engulf your life.
