usually when girls hate guys, it is that she realised both parties have made a big mistake somewhere.
and not only that, she could be hurt mentally and soulfully by the facts of her subconscious mind that she or her partner made a mistake and she herself don't want to wake up from this fact.
1 way to solve this is to let her go to a counseller and let her inner mind say out her grievances and stories. only then will she be able to let go of her past and make amends with her mistakes and move ahead with her future.
same as for guys, vice versa.

Maybe their life experiences with men haven't been positive. There's abuse, father abandonment, etc. You can't change how a person feels, but you can be a positive role model for any women in your life.

because they have bad experinces with men, most of those girls are abused or may be their family and cultures trate with boys better than with girls,
if you want to change it, you can trate them in gentle, respect them, just be honest.
