be good to see a yorkshire team in the prem next year with sheffield utd pretty much relegated already but leeds cant cut the championship and might just get relegated to league 1 unless they start performing and bein less lucky like that so called "penalty" against sheffield wednesday

As a Leeds United supporter, I have to say that unfortunately they won`t get promoted this season, not on their recent performances anyway.
I live in hope though that they prove me wrong!

Absolutely no chance. Leeds glory days have been gone for a long time and it will be even longer before they come back if at all. I do not think they will even reach the play offs.

No chance mate. There's no money in the coffers, the team is in disarray due to years of bad management, Blackwell is a good coach and was trying to do a good job on limited resources, but now they have sacked him they broken any groundwork he had done and decided to start from scratch AGAIN
They need 2-3 years in the 1st division getting a few morale boosting wins and blooding young talent. Unless you know a billionaire half russian half yorkie of course

I think they will get into the play offs. I am a Preston fan and i think the division is full of strong contenders this season with West Brom, Southamton & Birmingham for automatic promotion but good luck. Are you coming to Deepdale on 31/10/06? Hope to see you there, you will get beaten tho!!!

Yes, and the mighty Whites won't need playoffs, we're going to get through on our own merits! Interesting fact - the amount of British clubs eligable for the champion's league was raised after Leeds made it through to the semi-finals! COME ON YOU WHITES!!

I think that it will be very difficult but not impossible becaause they lose 5 matches at the first 9 matches of this season
