I work full time and study full time, he doesn't work at all, just being really lazy...

lay down the law honey hes a lazy good for nothing and your doing all the work it takes two to tango and if he cant be botherd to do a few things that in the long run helps out then you should say you have a few months to sort things out before you boot him out and find some one whos willing to do help ther is no excuse for laziness

iwould say if they to lazy for the most important things either kick him out and find a flat mate that isnt lazy or move out yourself and find a better flatmate because if your bills dont get paid then you both wont have anywhere to live soon.

Send him walkin' and get a new flatmate, or as we call them roommates. I had a ton of deadbeat roomies. They would have jobs when they moved in and then party their lives away. Do yourself and him a favor and get him outta there.

You say yopur flat mate is lazy to sort out the bills, why are you not doing it?. Or why dont you both sit down together and get it sorted. Or even better grow up!!!!

Tell him if he is not going to help you out with the bills etc... that he is going to after find somewhere else to live! Its notfair that you work and study and he doesn nothing!!!
