The Puffin would win without a doubt. Penguins keep slipping on banana skins and falling over. They're crap in a fight.

So we've a clean bully on the block. Who all started this warfare? The whales or the penguin/puffin/seals? We would opt to construct a wall around the ice caps to save them from battling.
