First off, I believe in evolution. Second, I've heard from many sources that some snakes have vestigial hip bones. This seems like a nail in the coffin of creationists. I mean, what excuse can they come up with for that? Problem is, I can not find a picture of a snake skeleton with a hip bone anywhere though. Does anyone have a link to a pic?

I really wish there was a better picture. The first link is the only picture I've see, and it's not undeniably clear that the creature even is a snake or that the bone is a hip bone. People shouldn't claim that some snakes have hip bones if it isn't true. The lack of even a single clear picture on the internet kind of makes me believe that no snakes have hip bones.

In Genesis the Bible clearly states that the serpent (Satan) walked upright when he tempted Eve but was cursed to crawl on the ground after. I doubt the writer of Genesis made this up to account for evolution.

Snakes do not have a bony pelvis but there are legless animals which do. Here is a snake which clearly has no bony pelvis:

What we are talking about here is vestigeal structures. There are numerous examples of which the link below refers to just a few. These are readily explined under darwins hteory of evolution but difficult to understand under creationist thory. I hope that this link below is of some help.
