Strangely enough, a ginormous list of how to be a bad guy has been compiled online (see link below). The five most important things to remember seem to be:
1. Legions of Terror should have helmets with clear plexiglass visors, not face-concealing ones.
2. Ventilation ducts should be too small to crawl through.
3. Noble half-brothers whose thrones were usurped should be killed, not kept anonymously imprisoned in a forgotten cell of the dungeon.
4. Shooting is not too good for enemies.
5. The artifact which is one's source of power should not be kept on the Mountain of Despair beyond the River of Fire guarded by the Dragons of Eternity. It should be in a safe-deposit box. The same applies to the object which is one's weakness.

Like a sshole on the subway bad or evil overlord bad? Cause the first is really easy and the second one has a nifty little list somewhere on the internet you can follow.
Why would you wanna be a bad guy anyway? They so rarely live, let alone live, in any of the movies! D amn media.

Hurt other people for the sake of hurting or feeling superior and you will be a first class bad guy.
