If you want to be able to record your voice, I suggest you visit Odeo.com. And play around with the whole site. You can actually record your voice, upload them on MP3 formats, and be able to have the recording and place it on the Internet withing seconds. And I'm not playing about that.

if you have an xp computer then go on Start> Programs> Accessories> Entertainment> and then look for Sound Recorder you will see a redish looking circle you have to click on that to record your voice, B4 doing that make sure your microphone is connected to your computer. Then to put it on the make your website, you have make an website and copy and paste the saved recorded file into your site.
