I thought it might be called misfits of science? there was a group of teenagers - one guy could shoot lightning from his hands when he listened to rock music? - does this film exist or was i dreaming!
The only thing near it i can find is called "My science project" but i dont think thats it...

It was called Misfits of Science. It was a tv series starring a very young Courtney Cox. I only caught it a couple of times on the sci-fi channel a few years back.

"Drs. Hayes and Lincoln are researchers in biological oddities for the Humanidyne company. When they find a man still alive after being frozen for 50 years, their greedy boss fires them and takes the Iceman to use for military experiments. I think it's Weird Science. If it's where they put bras on their heads, that's it.
