i dont work in the morning but i wake up early and go 4 swimming. some days i dont wake up even my mom came and told me to wake even i put alarm .i stay at bed like lazy man.in the afternoon i dont like swimming what should i do loll.i want to be everyday with energy and strengh in order to wake up early what should i do?..

The best answer is to sleep and wake up on a set time each day, you'll need a week or so to adapt but it'll work. Another thing you can do is to stop eating 3 or 4 hours before you sleep.

The best thing if you want to wake up in the morning is to have a glass of water about 10pm and then go to bed. That will ensure that you are awake at about 6am.

Going to bed with a full bladder will make you wake up early.

For me i listen to my internal alarm clock - i work out how many hours sleep i want and say it to myself and then pretty much i wake up at that time. Also my body makes me wake up naturally and i feel ready to get up. When i set an alarm its like my natural body clock switches up - i don't want to get up i feel tired and grouchy and grumpy.
