Good sites for improving strokes?

Anybody know of any good sites to improve ones swimming stroke?

join a good swimming club which has given birth to many swimming champs!
umay even inform the coach that u r really practising hard and also explain him your aim!!!
i am a swimming champ in my school and have won 56 medals so far!!!

you would better to get in touch with your local swimming club and have a word with the coach.

I agree with Torbrexbones, its not something you can really do over the net. Find a local coach.
