I have 2 qualifications can i get a job with them if so what job?

i have a CACHE certificate in childcare and education + i also have a BTEC first diploma in health and social care.
please help me by telling me if i am able to get a decent job with these qualifications.

a certificate is only a stepping stone in order for you to get the interview. Your perfomance and attitude during the interview will get you the job.

So, be prepared for the interviews.....

Are they fake? Did you just buy them on the internet? How can you be qualified for something and not know what it is?
