I am a 26 yr old male dating a 19 yr old women. When does an age differnce become an issue?

It never does unless you let it... Plus one thing to keep in mind: girls tend to "grow up" faster than boys (in every way ;) ) but then follow the same evolution as guys; therefore a younger woman will match an older guy in maturity and responsability. Unless you really don't have the same goal of course....

Age is just a number! Well... as long as your both legal. Seven years is nothing, I know a couple that have a 15 year difference. A friend's dad adopted her and her brothers and found out that when the eldest was born, he was 12... suffice it to say his age was not placed on the birth certificate, and it became a family joke.
If she's cool with you being older and you're cool with her being younger and neither of your parents throw fits every time you mention the other, and most important of all you are HAPPY TOGETHER... you should be good. Go forth, enjoy!

well lets say you were dating a 16, or 17 yr old their would be some issues, 19 there shouldnt be any.

That's totally OK. I don't see why you wouldn't be happy just because of that short age difference.
6 years ago that wouldn't have looked very good though hehehe.
By the way, my boss is 76 years old and he's marrying this girl from the Philippines who is 20. Either she fell very badly ini love or she wants to come to the US very badly. No kidding on this.

I am almost 13 years older than my wife, and we have been together about twenty years. It is not age, but maturity that is important. My first marriage failed. We were about three years apart in age, and both very young. Yet I must add that I knew not God and Christ at the first, but did at the second. I believe my second marriage would also have failed if not for this.

Yeah, I think you're a little too young for her. Bogie was 54 when he dated 19 year old Lauren Bacall. That's more approriate!

I think when its over 10 years difference. 7 years no prob at the age you guys are.
