Anyone got an idea who to call to get the right person on fixing up apartments? These are in bad shape and lots of seniors living here.

The owner of the complex is legally required to maintain the premises. If he/she/they are not doing so, the city should be informed about this and have an inspector visit the site.

Call the owner of the apt. if that does not work, call the "man" you need to fix the problem and take that off your rent WITH PROOF!!!

call the owner of the building and if that does not work call the health department, or inform you local tv news of the situation or you can call ... email me and I can help you better with this
