You need to define your question more clearly, but if you're talking about 'Women' being more emotional or open than 'Men', then I think any answer you get is going to be based on this blanket generalisation and, therefore, be flawed because of that. Times are a-changing. All men don't ogle women in FHM and all women don't agree with the whining in Cosmo, you know...

Women are driven more by emotion as opposed to men. This may be why the seem to be more "spirited" as you say.

A woman is genetically a more healthy being than man is. They are designed to preserve, nurture the life that human procreate. They are psychologically more resilient and balanced. They are more ancient than man is. In them the instinct is fine tuned and they feel their instinct is always right.

as in mean sprited? its a hormonal thing -- estrogen works like an anti-depressant -- when they don't get enough its like taking sugar away from kids.
