Air tank? for effective. maximum paintball fields & shops can fill up air tanks. If that's co2, then definite and no. maximum co2 tanks are refillable, at many places (activities shops, paintball shops, even some hearth stations). however the 12g co2 cartridges are no longer, and neither are the single-time-use 9 oz..tanks that are bought in some walmarts or activities shops.
