Phone should have come with a p.c.suit disc and a usb cable to attach phone to computer, load p.c.suit and instructions should be easy to follow... or as the nokia 6233 has bluetooth you need to get a bluetooth dongle which fits in to a usb slot an makes a wirelss connection between phone and computer once paired.. First option is to have a mobile cable connected to your phone while the end is connected to your pc. From there you can transfer any file you want just make sure that you've selected card memory and not phone memory.
Second option is to buy a Memory Card Reader. Just plug it to your pc and insert your Memory Card to the reader then you can transfer any file you want.

you can either buy a mobile memory card reader and put that in to your pc and copy to memory card and then put that memory card in to your phone, or you can buy a bluetooth dongle for your pc and bluetooth your files over to your phone
