Nightmares are actually unsolved problem... even when we're unconscious.... our brain knows that there are still some things that are undone, unsolved or troubling us..... that's why it keeps coming to us as nightmares....... so before sleep try to solve your problem but don't go to bed thinking hard.....

Yes. I always am being chased by something really scary, then I go hiding and I wake up when they go looking for me. Geez it is frightening and it seems so real each time. My latest one was me hiding under a table and I can hear the vibration footsteps from a Tyrannosaurus Rex coming towards me. Yikes.

Once a while, I will find myself running on a stone platform, and two man are chasing me to the end of the edge. One of them laughingly pushs me over the edge, and I use my fingers tightly holding on to the semi-smooth surface...I finally lost grip of the object, and I start falling...then I woke up.

alot! i dream that a 7 foot monkey is chasing me and every time i have that dream, in the dream i always climb a tall building and jump from the terrace!!!!and i scream "AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH"
i hate it when that happens!!thats stupid!!

notice NMs occur with upset stomachs..so if you are chronic with stomach disorders then you may have recurring NMs
