It depends on what do you want to do in terms of career choices.
If you want to work in the corporate settings (financial, marketing, etc), you should apply to an MBA program. Top MBA programs require a minimum of 2 years work experience, some would only accept those with 4 years work experience.
Other choices include, Masters in specific subject that don't require work experience like Master of Accounting, Master of Finance and Master of Economics (PhD in Econ is more common than Master however).
Another career choice would be law. Law schools do not require work experience.

As you said u can go for MBA, but u have much better Choice. It is CA (Chartered Accountancy). Very powerfull course i ever seen. With respect to knowledge, Job it is the best course.
