i do still love him but if he wants to be with her why don't he just get a divorce?

You need not file for a divorse,, you file charges against him for infedility..in our country that would tantamount to concubinate and the woman adultery...
From there, the court will decide on your divorse,,, they could go to prison and they could pay you for morale and other incidentary damages against your person.

Depending on the laws of your state, you may be entitled to some compensation Here in California, a spouse is entitled to half of the equity in a house. As an example, if he had a house during this time that you were married, that went up in value say $50,000, you would be entitled to receive $25,000 even though you did not invest a dime of your own money.
On the other hand, if he is a deadbeat, and you are the one who works and acquires property, he would be entitled to half. You may wish to get a divorce just to limit your own liability.
It would be best for you to consult with an Attorney to see what your options are.

if he has not done it yet chances are he will not do it period! just go ahead that take this as a lesson learned and move on with the divorce. obviously the woman that he is with is not pressuring him to get a divorce, but you have to live your life unless you are using the divorce to hold on to him? good luck!

I feel ya sister I haven't lived with mine for 13 years.He also lives with her. I think this is a good reason for them to us so they won't have to marry the other women.
