Air and water, because without air and water you wont be able to survive for a day .
without food you can survive for days and without dress you can survive only if you are big you can't otherwise in the childhood you can
without shelter really anyone can live we see many people in India living without shelter . so, air and water are the greatest human nedd .

To me i believe the greatest human need is God, because it is Him God that made us what we are today and with Him we are save.

It's depend on where do you live, you may don't need many clothes in tropical and one may die without warm clothes in pole regions, then may be warm clothes are greatest need in cold region.

I think the greatest need is love. not necessarily the love for opposit sex, love for life. loving ourselves and loving the future which is under way.
