For the same reason everyone else falls off...he didn't evolve his sound. People get tired of hearing the same thing over and over. His last album sounds like his first. Does Outkast's last album sound like their first?

Fall Off?....Fall off what?...the music scene?He did for a while then he played basketball for a NBA team for a while and,now,he is writing a musicial based on Hurricane Katrina.He may not as active in the music scene anymore but he never went away.
