Okay call me stupid, and lots of people have, but I do not know what "point form" means. Anyway...
I know of some resorts that offer targeted marketing on the TVs in the rooms. Usually this consists of things of interest at the resort or in the area. At this point this is very limited. But one can imagine everything being available from an interactive screen that acts as both regular TV and computer terminal in the room. Ordering room service, valet service, etc to even checking out and processing payment at the end of the stay. Even a "video phone" type system with a respresentative of the concierge's office for the resort.
As far as the terminals at the front desk, well, software can be written to interact with every aspect of the resort: inventory, staffing, jobs, maintenance, etc etc to creating a remote session with the terminal in a room to "fix" a problem a guest is having with getting the sports game or TV show to play.
