To address a certain answerer's statement, your birth has happened. So, it can never be made to un-happen. Otherwise there would not be a birth to go cause to un-happen. It just IS. It IS an event that has happened. Again, it already IS. It can therefore never be NOT.
And, since the person has already gone back in the time machine, apparently their report they sent to your "now" from your "past"--their "now" now, which was their "past" in your and their past--simply hasn't gotten to you yet. It's in the mail. They got the delivery date confused I suppose. Give it a bit and you'll remember having decided who to send after their report reminds you who you are going to decide you sent.
Just remember, it's all relative.

Me bcoz of following reasons:-
1. U have to choose who knows the past well
2. Who beleives the past
3. Needs dare bcoz there is a 50-50 chance of coming back
4. Person must be mentally prepared
5. You cant go
6. He has capability to dont touch any thing in the past whatever they are
7. He should follow you and suggest you whenever need
