I would check with your state labor board. If the illegal management voilates labor laws then you could pursue action through the labor board annonymously

Make an anonymous letter narrating the illegal management of your director and manager. Send this letter to the boss of the said officials copy furnished the president of your company so that administrative actions such as investigation will be conducted against them.

If it's anonymously, probably you could go to your company web site (if any), do not use your office PC (best use one from the Library or internet cafe), and post a complain there anonymously.
