I believe the hardest emotion to control is anger. It consumes your entire being and dictates every physical aspect of your body to react instantly and automatically, without thinking about the possible consequences in the immediate aftermath/fury

With me, it's either empathy or indifference. I feel great empathy for the poor, elderly and disabled and I wish I could do more to assist them all. I suffer great pangs of guilt in silence. It rips at my soul and causes me to go into states of depression.

I often feel a great degree of indifference for those I should dislike or hate. I know that the opposite of love is the absence of emotion, which is total indifference and those jackals and fools simply cease to exist in my mind. I no longer "see" or "hear" and I fail to acknowledge their existence. It happens to those that deceive me once too often and I choose not to forgive but to banish out of my life forever, as though they had died and were just buried. I do not show emotion; I show indifference and I am often called "cruel" and "heartless" because I refuse to let that person re-emerge in my life to take advantage of me again. I cannot control this all the time. I am almost fanatical about it. It is worse than hating. It is the ultimate insult for an enemy, too.

ANGER especially when your mad at something you cannot control or fix like;
what terrorist did on 9/11
when the person you love is being a totally *** but you dont want to make things worse by saying "your being an ***"
when your dog craps in the house and it smells
when people bring their loud kid to a theater
when theres no more milk but you want cereal

TRUE control is conquering anger it's burns like FIRE

i'll say laughter, its real hard to control. I can control myself in the aspect of love like if i feel like am falling inlove i just walk away if i think its for the best or stop falling so i would not get hurt. I can control anger.

Though its really hard to control rage/fury too but i have never really gotten to the point.
