Also what should I do about my weight? I'm kinda ashamed of it.

You are alittle overweight but with a change in diet and add some extra exercise you will lose weight quick!! I understand how you feel I was alittle overweight myself as a teenager but I lost it when I did those 2 things. Don't be ashamed of yourself as long as your a beautiful person inside is what really counts!! Keep your head up high!!! I know alot of pretty girls that are just ugly inside..Beauty is really only skin deep but do try to shed some pounds for health reasons and don't hurt yourself trying ANY diet talk to your doctor they can help!! Take care

According to the body-mass index, you are obese. Obesity is defined as being 30 pounds or more over your ideal weight. Id give you an 8. If you want to lose weight, inform yourself of proper eating habits and nutrition, and exercise. That is the only way.

Well, i'm not going to give you a scale of 1-10 but I am going to tell you that i'm 115 pounds + 5'5 at 16 years old. And i'm average.

Definitely heavy for height and age... Need to eat more meals of smaller quantity and find low/no fat foods that you can handle eating and chow down on those for meals... I started in on salads with fat free turkey, no fat dressings like Italian and Ranch and added enough variety that it didn't get boring (Cuccumbers, tomatoes, pre-mixed salads with other items in it, carrots... ) might have to mess around to find out what you like, but they can actually be good.

at 5'6 and 15 you should be at around 150 -160 ..try...takeing a dietary supplement like exendrin or hydroxycut. or even a simple diet with exercise

i would be too. im 6'1 and WAS 280, but i was bed ridden for a yeare. Why dont u cut back on the junk food and be active. Take a walk, go swimming, get a part time job.. DO YOU WANT TO DIE YOUNG????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
