Attempting to sell my house. Recently found out my landscaping, driveway, septic and fence is on neighbor's property. Neighbor is not too concerned about it; in fact, he had no clue he owned the property and is willing to enter into an easement agreement so I can sell my house and property. Prospective buyers of my property want an easement agreement at closing, however, I don't want to spend the money on an attonrney to draw up such agreement. Any suggestions? Anyone know where I can get a Montana specific easement form?

Coordinate with the courthouse nearest your residence for the easement forms.

Could try legalforms.com or.legalzoom.com.

They charge but nothing like an attorney.
