People say I look exactly like her, so thank you :P
Her music isn't necessarily girly. More men listen to jazz than females. But it is rather boring, and most of her songs sound pretty similar

She has the makings of a fine singer, and as she's so young she will improve.
She doe's in fact write, but not very well just yet.
I love her voice it's very reminiscent of Maria Muldaur.

Katie Melua - dunno who she is, never heard of her.
However, if you recognise that she has no talent, but is a sexual turn on, think about why the manipulators of young people, especially of young women, have put her up as a supposed "star". They are expoloiting her as a sexual object in order to make money. Simple. She is being prostituted. And you are partaking of and supporting it.
