compared to "Survivor", what do you think is the edge of "Amazing Race"?

I actually prefer survivor. Its got more tension and you can actually get to know the people. Amazing race is way too quick and you cant really get to know the people. You dont even see the places they go to, because its such a rush and the cameras are always on them.I like survivor alot more - the relationships, the fights, the struggles, the friendships, the deceit, there's always something exciting happening.Only edge on amazing race is the bunjee jumping and stuff like that.

For common folks that don't have money to travel, The Amazing Race provides an outlet to many cool places around the world. I prefer the teams of two versus the family group concept. I felt that the teams were so unevenly matched.
As for comparing it to Survivor, I hate the drama of Survivor.

I don't. I think Treasure Hunter was much better, even if they did rip the idea off from AR. I've not watched Survivor, so can't really compare that.
Frankly, I'm sick to death of the homosexuality on the show. I can't watch it with the kids any more, so we're not TiVOing it any longer. Why is there a need to discuss it? Get it out of my face. One way to do that is to TURN THE CHANNEL, which is what we've done.

That's cuz people get to travel all round the world just to win a million bucks. You get to explore more things on that program, unlike Survivor, where you're stuck on an island, with no proper facilities to bathe or whatsoever. TAR has more excitement to it.
I'm a big fan of amzing race, by the way.

Different parts of the world, ever week. Survivor gets boring cause it's ALWAYS some deserted beach.

the travels! you get to see other culture every week and the rush just gets you going, whereas survivor is basically just challenges, bunch of people arguing on a beach blaahk

There is something exciting about seeing the different locations that they get to travel to. And bacause they are always somewhere different being faced with a new challenge, it shows that the contestants have to think fast on their feet.

Because it's not all about voting off people and turning on each other.. Its about working together to win a race... Not working together to destroy one another.. That S*IT makes me mad... And its all over the tv.. Just watch how it will effect the way people treat each other... It's not healthy!

i've got self belief that could desire to be the marvelous race, you no longer in easy terms have action yet additionally drama, for one, you notice them scuffling with marvelous odds and racing against the clock everywhere they bypass and secondly you notice the drama in the back of all of it, you notice couples that detest one yet another yet nonetheless bypass by all of it mutually, you notice participants from opposite team that like one yet another and others attempting to split them, and so on, and so on
