My mother is still alive and lives inTrowbridge nr Bath, my wifes family are nearly all gone, two years ago the children lost there Grandfather.
We are 2 adopted children aged 9 & 11 - we also foster children and have two in since December last year aged 7 & 10 - we also have 7 pets and we live 45mins from Cambridge, we are looking for an active non- smoking dosen't mind a drink of wine etc (not an alocholic) for visits, birthdays & outing etc.
Anyone interest in the job, lousey pay BUT plenty of LOVE & EFFECTION.

Hi if I did`nt live so far away,I would help you out,but a solution to this might be to contact your local HELP THE AGED,they have lonely people that rarely see anyone and might be able to put you in touch with an active older person who would also love the company.Good luck.

Just pop down your local A and E department around Christmas time... there is always a good selection to choose from after they have been dumped....A granny is for life...not only for Christmas!!
