After watching the last episode of Series 2 last night I am still LOST, things are more confusing if anything. Does anybody have any theories.

yes im totally LOST and disappointed. I wonder if the series is going to be like that film the truman show.?

Look up 'Lostpedia' - and thelostfiles and some of the other Lost sites out there. There are so many theories circulating - it would be hard to know where to start. There's a whole other parallel storyline out there on the net - try surfing and see what you come up with. Rachel Blake's video blog is a good place to start.

I have one.
The producers of the show haven't got a clue. The original show was 24 episodes then rescue. They were so surprised at the offers they have received that they dragged it out soooo long that they pi55ed off some of the viewers. ME!! On principle (after series one) I have refused to watch it. I see from your question they are up to their old tricks again and trying to use us for yet another series.
Boycott it and they wont write any more.

I think that "Penny's" dad will play a large part in series 3. The fact that the end had the crew in Antartica (or wherever) ring Penny and say they may have found it, and the fact that the dad is extremely rich, makes me think that maybe he was involved in the Dharma Initiative and has used it to trap Desmond. All the rest is coincidence and people resolving issues.
Can't wait for next season!

did not have any problems with the top of the race yet ignored the entire commencing up. It grow to be on ABC and from 7-7:40 me and my associates have been particularly entertained by potential of the project to assist the homeless human beings in Detroit....not, no offense yet hi??? Uh does establishing ceremonies, nationwide Anthem or the Jet flyovers recommend something to the programing individuals at ABC? curiously not. For a at the same time as i grow to be kinda freaking out questioning i grow to be going to leave out the entire race till finally approximately 7:20 or so whilst the information banner began scrolling around the backside. purely like Superdave mentioned whilst they tuned into the race the automobiles have been on the sphere and the %. automobile grow to be pulling away. i grow to be extraordinarily bummed. It is a relief to find out that it was not only myself is lost. Like in the series LOST, the answers in this page too do not lead me to anywhere.
I am totallly lost.
Anyway, like in X-files, this also is a good series to keep your hormones active.

Have you heard of Alias? It was made by the same guy and ended up being swallowed by its own convoluted storyline.
I gave up on lost about half way into the first series.
remember the x-files, producers like leaving lots of questions because it keeps people watching.....it is not in their interests to answer them...

It is supposed to be a 'cliffhanger', more so than regular episodes... it is made to stir up thoughts and keep interest in the series over the EVER-SO-LONG break... Just hang in there till next week!

The way charlie was so happy when he returned to the beach and didnt appear bother that lock, desmond and that black guy were missing confused me.
I think desmond will now be free to leave the island as he has achieved his objective.

I am more concerned that no one has mentioned Penelopes father is Jim Robinson from Neighbours. Spooky!
That was a bigger shock than that Black thing in the jungle with pictures of your past on it (the onr that confronted Lock & Eko)
